Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns & Refunds Overview

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition for Returns:

    • All items (except clothing) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (e.g., seals intact for foods, tinctures, salves).

    • Clothing must have tags attached and be unworn/unwashed.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Foods, tinctures, or salves with broken seals.

    • Used glassware, electronics, or body jewelry.

    • Personalized or custom items.

 

2. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Alternative options (e.g., store credit) will be discussed with the customer if needed.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Deductions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (see Section 3).

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Who Pays? Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

4. Exchanges

  • Clothing Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for sizing issues if the item is unused, tagged, and in original condition.

    • Customers ship the item back to us at their expense.

    • We’ll ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Proof Required: Submit clear photo/video proof of the issue to ConnectWithN2U@gmail.com for review.

  • Resolution: Eligible cases will receive store credit (no cash refunds).

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs even for defective items.
